HUTCHINGS MOTOR GROUP WINS 2020 MOTABILITY DEALER AWARD

Hutchings Motor Group has been named National Group of the Year in the 2020 Motability Dealer Awards. The win highlights Hutchings Motor Group’s high standard of customer service over the last 12 months.

The Motability Dealer Awards recognise outstanding dealer partners across the UK. With 16 categories, the awards focus on scheme performance and customer service at group, dealership and individual level.

Hutchings Motor Group currently operates Hyundai dealerships in Swansea, Bridgend and Pontypridd, and Vauxhall in Pontypridd.

The Motability Scheme is available to anyone who receives the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of the Personal Independence Payment, the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or the Armed Forces Independence Payment.

Customers exchange all, or part, of their allowance to lease a brand-new vehicle for three years. The worry-free package includes insurance for up to three named drivers; servicing, maintenance and repair, RAC breakdown assistance, and tyre and windscreen replacement.

The re-opening was superbly managed. I was contacted and was given a slot to drop off and pick up my car along with very clear guidance on managing social distancing during my visit. On arrival the signage also provided very clear instructions. Hand over and pick of the car was swift and very well executed. The staff were very pleasant and professional.
