We’ll agree on the work to be completed and keep you informed about when your car will be ready, making the whole process simple and stress-free.

Throughout the day we will:

• Ensure only our professionally trained and qualified technicians work on your car.
• Carry out all work with pride.
• Perform and install any manufacturer recommended updates free of charge.
• Make recommendations for any part which need replacing and inform you of when they will need replacing.
• Agree any extra parts and costs with your prior to replacing.
• Only use genuine Vauxhall parts and give you the option for genuine or non-genuine parts for other make vehicles.
• We will let you know when your car is ready

When you collect your car we will:

• Explain the works completed- We’ll walk you through the checks, repairs, and updates carried out on your vehicle.
• Provide a detailed invoice - You’ll receive a clear, itemised breakdown of parts, labour, and costs for full transparency.
