Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join an award-winning aftersales team? Hutchings Motor Group is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to become an integral part of our Hyundai Aftersales department based in Treforest.

You’ll be joining a fantastic team in a welcoming showroom environment, working closely with the Service Manager and using some of the industry’s leading aftersales IT platforms — designed to make your job easier and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service to every visitor
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle needs
• Work collaboratively with technicians and the Service Manager
• Use industry-leading systems to deliver seamless aftersales support
• Promote the benefits of correct vehicle maintenance

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Receptionist in the motor trade (franchised or after-market)
• A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in recommending service plans and aftersales support

Brand-specific training will be provided — but we’re looking for someone who already has the core skills and drive to succeed.
