Once you have chosen your new vehicle online from one of our 4 dealerships across South Wales, you can reserve your new vehicle for just £99. This means no one else can reserve it and we will highlight it as being reserved.
You have 3 options when you decide to click and collect:

At Hutchings our team are adhering to strict social distancing guidelines from the Government, your vehicle will be fully sanitised for you on the day of collection and your documents will be sent to you via email. Can I request more detail about the car before I reserve or purchase?
We offer you a full personalised video service, so if you would like to see your chosen car in more detail before your arrival to collect, let us know and we will send you a video to answer your questions. We will also send you a video when your car is ready and also after you have collected it to run through all the controls and any further details you may require.
Do I need to visit a Hutchings dealership to finish the purchase?
All steps of the transaction can be completed via an online application form and contact will be made with you via email, phonecall or video call to confirm your purchase. Collection of your new car will be from our dealerships but you will have minimal interaction from our team who are adhering to strict social distancing, safety and cleanliness measures.
How long will it take for my new car to be ready?
We will discuss this with you at the time we confirm your order. Your new car will be fully prepared for you and sanitised before your arrival.
Can someone help me with the online application form?

What if I want a refund or cancel?
You must inform us in writing you wish to cancel before your collection date. If you have agreed to a finance agreement, you must inform the finance company immediately of the cancellation in writing. You will be liable for any early termination fees. If you request a refund after collection, you must ensure the vehicle is returned with the same items with which it was sold and in the same condition within 14 days. For further details see here.
Will I be able to get finance?
To apply for finance you must be aged over 18 years, acceptance is subject to status.
How do you work out the value of my car?
Part exchange valuations are based on the market value of your model of car, its mileage and the condition. We also rely on honest descriptions from you regarding the condition of the car. Your current car will also be assessed by our team when you arrive to collect your new car at which point any discrepancies will be communicated to you.
