Setting the plan up is very easy:

  • We give you a quote for your car and your annual mileage.
  • You simply pay by a secure monthly direct debit.

The plan offers you, with every annual service, a complimentary:

  • Vehicle health-check- to keep your car in peak condition.
  • Exterior wash and interior vacuum clean.
  • Courtesy car facility (subject to availability), or a
  • Collect and deliver service (subject to availability).

What happens if other items are required in addition to those covered in scheduled service?

You simply pay for the additional items as your standard service bill is covered by your plan.

What happens if I change my car?

If you wish to change your car, you can transfer your service plan to the replacement vehicle purcahsed from us.

What happens if I terminate my agreement?

Any balance refunded to you minus a small administration fee.

Where is my money held?

Your money will be held in a separate client account. Interest arising on this account will be used by Hutchings Vauxhall to offset part of the administration costs of the plan.
