A: You simply pay for the additional items as your standard service bill is covered by your plan.
Q: What happens if I change my car?
A: If you wish to change your car, you can transfer your service plan to the replacement vehicle purchased from us.
Q: What happens if I terminate my agreement?
A: Any balance refunded to you minus a small administration fee.
Q: Where is my money held?
A: Your money will be held in a separate client account. Interest arising on this account will be used by Hutchings Vauxhall to offset part of the administration costs of the plan.
